My name is Kay, I have recently got my diagnosis of CPTSD and DID.
My DID only started really coming to light 2 years ago. It has been 2 years of assessments and homework. Putting lots of puzzles together. I have had signs of DID since about 6 years of age. I have amnesia walls so I can’t communicate with my other people. I just have no memory of what we have been up to. Some of my personality’s can see everything I do and some can hear or receive messages from my pre frontal personalities. I’m trying to find a community that gets it because it’s so rare and there are so many misrepresentation’s and then there are the people who don’t believe in the condition at all.
