If you or someone you care about are in a life-threatening situation, don’t hesitate to call emergency services. If you don’t know the correct number for your location, Wikipedia has a list of emergency telephone numbers used worldwide. Â It’s available in several languages, including Spanish.
Crisis lines are also available worldwide. The best list we’ve found is at findahelpline.com. It’s available in several languages besides English, including German, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
