If there was a pill to get rid of DID/OSDD, would you take it?
Level 5: FrogletMan, toughie of a question.
Who would I be if I wasn’t the way I am? If I just magically could be whole and healed? That’s the goal for me, but no pill has worked perfect for anything… depression, anxiety, somatic pain. I can’t imagine trusting a magic pill cure.
It sucks to be at a point of psychologically-based disability due to trauma. But…

If there was a pill to get rid of DID/OSDD, would you take it?
Level 5: FrogletI think I feel pretty much the same way. A pill to get rid of the fog and constant feeling of dreaming, oh yes. Constantly forgetting stuff, absolutely. But I’d keep the headmates and probably keep whatever’s still buried from the past hidden away.

Favorite Activities for a Rainy Day?
Level 5: FrogletFor us, on a chill self-care/rainy day we usually don’t do a whole lot, but the activities we do can vary between a few things. We will listen to music (though we do that most days anyway), watch YouTube videos about either a tv show/movie we like, watch a let’s play, or watch something historical/craft/information related. We also journal…

Level 5: FrogletI have been switched onto citalopram as well within the past couple of weeks, but that definitely is really concerning and it would be good to let your provider know about how bad it’s making you feel and especially important if it gets worse. I have actually had really good luck with it so far in my trial at 10mg. But meds definitely don’t…
